Overview

Biography

Jennifer is a partner at Berardi Immigration Law, a boutique immigration firm in Buffalo, New York. Through a strategic affiliation between the firms, Jennifer serves Barclay Damon clients as immigration counsel, providing representation and guidance to firm clients in immigration and cross-border law matters ranging from helping multinational corporations navigate cross-border workforce concerns to providing legal counsel on personal issues such as spousal and family matters. She has extensive experience managing the multi-layered processes required for US immigration and citizenship and has handled numerous complex cases.

Jennifer drafts legal petitions and acts as a primary resource on US immigration law, policy, and adjudication trends in areas such as corporate services and support; nonimmigrant visas for temporary employment in the United States, including the E-1 and E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, P, and TN categories; employment-based green card applications, including PERM labor certifications and the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories; US citizenship applications; immigration cases based on marriage and cross-border relationships; and criminal waivers.

In addition to serving as an attorney, Jennifer is a business immigration adjunct professor at the University at Buffalo School of Law.
