Carol G. Snider will serve
as a featured panelist at ALFA International’s 5th Annual National
Retail Conference to be held in Palm Beach, Florida on June 7-9, 2006.
The conference entitled Teamwork for Tomorrow: Strategies for
Retail Success was created as a forum for representatives from the
retail industry and their legal counsel to discuss the central issues
and trends causing problems and exposures.
A featured conference panelist, Ms. Snider is a Partner at Damon &
Morey LLP, who is a member of both the Litigation Department and the
Environmental Practice Group. Her primary focus has been in the area
of environmental exposure litigation, environmental coverage and
product liability.

Ms. Fielding is an attorney and human
resources consultant with nineteen years of experience in all aspects
of employee benefits law, including the design, drafting, compliance,
and administration of defined benefit, 401(k), ESOP, health and
welfare, and executive compensation plans. She has advised clients
with respect to employee benefits in mergers and acquisitions; COBRA
and HIPAA compliance; fiduciary duties; and multiemployer withdrawal
liability. She has represented employers in connection with ERISA
litigation matters, IRS and DOL audits, and PBGC proceedings.
Ms. Fielding has extensive experience
working with Fortune 500, multi-national; tax-exempt and governmental
organizations. Previously, she was a Senior Manager in the Global
Employment Solutions Practice with both Deloitte Tax LLP and Ernst &
Young LLP.

growth, Damon & Morey LLP announced changes to its management team.
Christopher T. Greene has
been named Chair of the Firm, and
Peter S. Marlette has been named Managing Partner.
Thomas J. Drury,
Franklin W. Heller and
Barbara L. Schifeling will
continue as members of the firm’s Management Committee along with Mr.
Greene and Mr. Marlette.

said Christopher T. Greene.
Mr. Greene will continue to be involved in overall firm management, but
he will focus his efforts on strategic direction, business development,
and community involvement. A Senior Partner in the firm’s Business and
Corporate Department, he works primarily with closely-held businesses
and not-for-profit corporations. His practice focuses on health care
corporate and regulatory matters, corporate and partnership formations,
business start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt and
equity financing, and franchising. Mr. Greene received his B.A. degree
from Amherst College and his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the State
University of New York at Buffalo.

internationally. Mr. Marlette received his B.A. degree from Dartmouth
College and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Mr. Marszalkowski focuses his practice on immigration law including such

physician waivers, national interest cases, removal matters, asylum
cases and family unification.
Additionally, he has developed an international reputation for his
expertise in entertainment related matters. His clients include
recording artists, award winning directors and cameramen in the film and
television industry, producers and engineers in the recording industry,
and production, sound and lighting companies in the entertainment
industry. Mr. Marszalkowski also represents professionals in the
information technology industry, physicians and medical professionals,
multi national executives, as well as professional athletes and coaches.
Mr. Marszalkowski is general counsel for Vive, Inc., a not for profit
refugee agency. A frequent lecturer, he has spoken on immigration topics
at numerous seminars and conferences. He has provided attorney training
for such organizations as the Bar Association of Erie County and the
Volunteer Lawyers Project. He is also the former, three-time Chair of
the Immigration Law Committee of the Bar Association of Erie County.
Mr. Marszalkowski received his B.A, cum laude, and his J.D., magna cum
laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
