Mr. Yungbluth is Senior Counsel at Damon Morey LLP, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Mr. Yungbluth works primarily with local corporate and other business clients and banking institutions. The matters in which he is engaged include the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities, business startups, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity financing, and contract work of all kinds.
Mr. Yungbluth joined Damon Morey as a partner in 1983 in conjunction with the merger of the Diebold and Millonzi firm. There, he was engaged in corporate and other business matters, with primary responsibility for the corporate and securities work on behalf of a publicly owned telecommunications company.
Mr. Yungbluth is admitted to practice in both New York and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. Mr. Yungbluth was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2014 (Copyright 2013 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.) in the field of Corporate Law and was named among the 2009 Upstate New York's Super Lawyers, as named by Super Lawyers magazine.
Mr. Yungbluth has served on the Board of Directors or as an officer for several local corporations, including The Automobile Club of Western and Central New York. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Canisius High School.
