Biography

Ms. Dwyer is an Associate at Damon Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s General Litigation Department. Her practice is focused on defending a diverse group of clients against toxic exposure claims. Ms. Dwyer has experience representing companies in asbestos exposure cases as well as representing companies and homeowners in lead paint matters and general premises liability cases.

Ms. Dwyer received her B.A. degree from Villanova University in 2005, where she was a member of the Women's Varsity Rowing Team.  She went on to earn her J.D. from the State University at Buffalo School of Law in 2008, where she was a member of the University at Buffalo Law Review.  While in law school, Ms. Dwyer served as a Publications Editor for the Law Review and held legal externships at Rich Products and the City of Buffalo Law Department.

Ms. Dwyer is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, the New York State Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York.

Prior to joining Damon Morey, Ms. Dwyer was an Associate at Gibson, McAskill & Crosby LLP, where her practice was also concentrated in asbestos litigation. Ms. Dwyer grew up in Western New York and now lives in Williamsville with her husband and son.
