Morey LLP

Buffalo, New York: August 2, 2004 - Frank C. Callocchia has
become an Associate in the Litigation Department of Damon & Morey LLP.
Mr. Callocchia earned his Law School Degree from the University at
Buffalo. While at law school, he was a member of the UB Law School’s
Trial team and competed in the William Daniel National Trial Competition
in Atlanta, Georgia. He also competed in the UB Law School’s Desmond
Moot Court Competition and was a member of the UB Law School’s Niagara
Cup Moot Court team in 2002. In 2001, Mr. Callocchia was a member of the UB
Law School team that earned 2nd place in the Fasken 1st Year
International Law Moot Court Competition and studied international law
in Italy through a program at Seton Hall University’s School of Law.
Mr. Callocchia received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics with a
minor in Religion, magna cum laude, from The Catholic University of
America in Washington, D.C. He also graduated with Honors in Classical
Philosophy and Environmental Studies. As an undergraduate, Mr.
Callocchia was a Shahan Scholar and a member of the University Honors
Program. He was also a four-year letter winner
in men’s soccer and a member of the Capital Athletic Conference
All-Academic Team.
In 1998, Frank was a congressional intern for the Honorable John J.
LaFalce, NY-29th in Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining Damon & Morey as an Associate, Mr. Callocchia worked as
a Summer Associate at the firm in 2002.

New York: August 2, 2004 - Amol K. Pachnanda has joined Damon &
Morey LLP as an Associate in the Real Estate Department.
Mr. Pachnanda earned his Law Degree from the University at Buffalo.
While at law school, he was a Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law
Review. His comment entitled “Scientific Databases Should Be Protected
Under A Sui Generis Regime” was published in the 2003 Buffalo Law
Review. 51.Buff L. Rev. 219 (2003). He received his Bachelors Degree of
Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Fordham University.
Prior to joining Damon & Morey, Mr. Pachnanda was an Intellectual
Property Assistant for the Technology Transfer & Licensing Office at the
University at Buffalo. He also worked as a Research Technician for the
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
