The Medical Device & Pharmaceutical
Practice Area represents local and multi-national businesses and
research institutions in matters involving the financing, regulation,
marketing and sale of our clients’ products and processes.
This practice area includes a team of
experienced lawyers drawn from its corporate, litigation, FDA, and
health care groups.
Our attorneys have dealt with IRBs,
clinical trials, as well as medical device and pharmaceutical
development issues. This group also manages complex products liability
cases in state and federal courts involving design, manufacture and
sufficiency of warnings.
