BUFFALO, N.Y. – Damon & Morey LLP is pleased to announce that Christian J. Henrich and Helen Osgood have been named Partners.

Christian J. Henrich practices in the firm’s Business and Corporate Department where he concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and counseling emerging technology companies. He has advised clients, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; private and public debt and equity financings; cyberlaw and e-commerce; and Delaware corporate governance matters.

He is an active member of the Delaware and New York Bars.

He graduated, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College, where he was also elected to the Phi Beta Kappa society. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. While attending Penn, he also earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School, where he was honored as a Palmer Scholar.

Helen Osgood practices in the firm’s Real Estate and Banking Department where she focuses her practice in the areas of commercial lending and credit restructuring.

Her extensive experience includes civic facility revenue bonds for industrial development agencies as well as broad transactional expertise involving Small Business Administration lending, transactions involving JDA and the Export-Import Bank, letters of credit, conduit lending, loan participations, construction lending, asset based lending, interest rate swaps and taxable adjustable revenue notes.

She received her B.A. from McGill University and University of Rochester and her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.

Ms. Osgood began her career as Branch Counsel to the Buffalo Branch Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration before joining such firms as Damon & Morey, Hodgson Russ and Hiscock & Barclay.
