Clean Water Act
Damon & Morey counsels and represents its
clients regarding the Clean Water Act. We have experience in virtually
every aspect of federal, state and local Clean Water Act programs,
including both the categorical pretreatment standards program, the
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), State Pollution
Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) permit programs, the wetlands
program, as well as issues relating to water-quality standards
regulating both “toxic” and “conventional pollutants”.
In addition, Damon & Morey’s industrial clients have turned to us for
advice and analysis on the recently-implemented stormwater discharge
permitting program at both the federal and state level.
