Air Act
Damon & Morey is experienced in the
regulation of air pollution under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990.
We have represented clients involving the regulation of existing sources
under State Implementation Plans, air toxics emissions, and emission
allowances and other aspects of emissions trading under the acid rain
program. In addition, we provide counseling on EPA policies and
procedures under the Clean Air Act, including the Agency’s
interpretation of the “Prevention of Significant Deterioration”
requirements of the Act, New Source Review, as well as general
permitting requirements and other aspects of the 1990 amendments to the
Clean Air Act.
The firm also has considerable expertise in indoor pollution and
workplace environment issues arising under federal and state statutes.
