Mr. Amodeo is an Associate at Damon & Morey, LLP, practicing in the

Mr. Amodeo received his B.A. degree, in both Economics and Political
Science, from Hobart & William Smith College in 2001. He went on to
receive his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo
Law School in 2004.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Erie County
Bar Association.
Prior to joining Damon & Morey, Mr. Amodeo was a junior associate at
a local Buffalo law firm where he practiced in the areas of defense
litigation of automobile/trucking accidents, premises liability,
products liability and insurance coverage litigation.
